GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE AND PARK ACCESS
Purchasing an entrance ticket or booking activities at Sardegna Avventura Park implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the Park Internal Regulations.
Bookings made online or by phone are binding. In case of cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the agreed time, management reserves the right to retain any deposit paid.
Activities take place regularly even in light rain. In the event of sudden thunderstorms, strong winds, or conditions compromising safety, activities will be temporarily suspended or closed. If closure occurs within 1 hour of entry, a voucher for another date will be issued.
Users are required to strictly follow the instructions provided by instructors during the mandatory briefing and to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. The Park disclaims all liability for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety rules or improper use of equipment.
Minors must be accompanied and continuously supervised by a parent or responsible adult throughout their stay at the facility.
